Ok, so maybe it's not the best mom hack ever, but I think it's pretty up there in my favorite mom hacks of all time. My sis-in-law and I tested this out during our 4th of July cook out with fam squad (learned that from my teenage niece and nephew #famsquad) and it works.
Here it goes. How to cook delish corn-on-the-cob and never have to husk it again. Simply cut the end just a bit and cook in the microwave for about 4 min (depends on how powerful your microwave is but we did 2 ears of corn for 4 min total). Then you just cut off the bottom and squeeze from the top. Perfect, husked, cooked, corn.
