You do not have a ghost of a chance surviving the Haunted Graham Mansion’s 2016 scare season! This southwestern Virginian grand dame of history and haunts has shared the love with over 70,000 guests since 2009 and will be open Friday and Saturday nights now through beginning of November.
A counter culture anomaly to typical Halloween haunted attractions, the Haunted Graham Mansion gets to the heart of the matter as it is the only haunted mansion that really is haunted. Featured on SyFy Channel’s 2012 GHOST HUNTERS episode “Moonshine and Madness”, the Major Graham Mansion has been officially deemed “haunted” through a decade of paranormal investigation.
The haunt route is always changing! This year the Major Graham Mansion has morphed into a Victorian-era Funeral Home and inlcudes a zombie infested prison. New this year is the Zombie Maze! The 2016 Haunted Graham Mansion General Store and roaming characters have gone totally patriotic this voting year, spoofing this chaotic election year with red, white, and "boo" decor and roaming Uncle Sams, presidential candidates, and perhaps even a Statue of Liberty!
Guests should allow about an hour for the haunt tour without wait time. Purchase tickets online and skip the general admission line and go directly to the Fast Track line! VIP tickets are also available. Parents should judge whether this event is appropriate for their child, and this is an activity best suited for teens and adults. Children under 9 years are not admitted, and children ages 9 through 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
The attraction opens Friday September 23rd and runs every Friday and Saturday through November 5th. Tickets inlcude all the exhibits.
$15 ticket nights are Sept. 23, 24, 30, October 1, 7, 8, November 4, 5.
$20 ticket nights are October 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29
