Note from the Publisher

In case you didn't know, Macaroni Kid is sponsoring a special contest at this year's Salem Fair.  I'm very excited about this and have lined up some fun prizes.  And, in true Macaroni Kid fashion, it's a Macaroni ART contest!  The contest isn't until July 7th, but don't wait until the last minute...get your kids brainstorming and creating now!  I hope to see lots of Macaroni Kid families entering and out at the fair this year!  

I also hope to see lots of you on Saturday at our Cookies for Kids' Cancer Bake Sale.  After hearing the founder speak last fall it was never of question of would I do a bake sale, it was when.  And that time has finally come!  It's been in the works for several weeks and it is finally here!  I am so excited and so thankful for all the support from Macaroni Kid families!  

I'm also launching our Work-at-Home guide.  There is a lot of information, so I decided to run it all summer long with one local business being featured each week.  These are all local women earning extra income for their families.  Pretty powerful stuff!
