River Rock Climbing

Rock climbing is a great total body workout, incorporated balance, lower and upper body conditioning, core work , flexibility, cardio, and mental focus.  And best of all it's fun!  So if you want to get into great shape, but don't enjoy running on treadmills and staring at TV's, give rock climbing a go.  It's safe, fun, enjoyable, and is easily adapted to all levels of physical ability.
