How cool are you going to be when you surprise your kids with popsicles for breakfast? Plus, these are a quick and healthy breakfast for those mornings when you need a "grab-n-go" option. There are tons of ways to make these but here are two options to help get your own creative juices flowing.
And, here is a link to the popsicle molds I love!

Option 1: (inspired by this recipe)
- 1 cup of non-fat Greek Yogurt (or any yogurt your kids love)
- ½ cup of blueberries
- 4 Nature Valley Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits (crushed)
What to do:
1. Fold the blueberries into the yogurt.
2. Layer about 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 teaspoon crushed biscuits, 2 t yogurt, 1 tsp crushed biscuits until you reach the top of your mold.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Option 2: (inspired by this website)
Your choice of yogurt and fruit.
I used low-fat Vanilla Yogurt and fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries (all sliced into small pieces)
Mix the yogurt and fruit together and then just fill in the popsicle mold until full. Freeze for about 4 hours.
These are great to make the night before so they are ready for your busy back to school mornings. I ran them under warm water for a few minutes and they popped out of the molds really easily.
I'd love some more breakfast pop ideas so please leave a comment and share your own creations!
