Cuisinart Hearts the Holidays ~ Review

CastLite™ Non-Stick Cast Iron Cookware

By Jamie Clark, MK Roanoke Publisher November 18, 2014
A few things I've learned from using the CastLite skillet from Cuisinart: 1) using high quality products does make a difference and 2) cooking time and clean up were less time and super easy. Those things are pretty important to this busy mama who doesn't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Or cook. Plus, the fact the CastLite skillet is dishwasher save sort of solidifies this as being my new favorite thing for cooking. In fact, I found myself meal planning for the week based on what I could cook with this skillet. Which is pretty amazing because normally I search for "what can I quickly microwave for the kids" as I meal plan.

As the holidays approach this is going to be lifesaver for cooking up delish meals for family that visit, not to mention I can think of a few people on my gift list this would be perfect for! {You know, people that actually love to cook!}
