Calling new and expectant moms: Macaroni Kid Roanoke is hosting StrollerTraffic LIVE, an event geared towards Moms of toddlers and newborns on February 21, 2019 at The Spot on Kirk! This unique Mom’s night out features a speed dating style, friending event, a panel of local Mom-life experts, photo booth fun by Sunnyography and dozens of giveaways from local and national sponsors.

Meet your best new Mom friend during our speed friending event, sponsored by 99 Walks! Making and keeping friends after starting a family can be tough fora variety of reasons, including busy schedules and differences in parenting philosophies. Speed Friending is like Speed Dating, but for finding new mom friends. 99 Walks is an inspirational fitness challenge designed for women who seek inspiration, connection, community and support to get moving. Lead by the President of FemCity Roanoke, Beth Bell, this fun event is the perfect recipe for finding a best new Mom friend!
Meet the Experts
The impressive Mom-life panel is made up of 4 moms, with over 50 years of parenting experience and varying households. They have children ranging from 1 year of age to grown. They are raising their children with spouses, in a blended family or on their own. All moms in attendance will find them knowledgeable and relatable. The experts are Noel Anderson of Anderson Music Therapy, Mary Kerr of Aquatics Adventures, Katie Clifton of Queenpin Family Wellness, and Dr. Brittany Cotton of Cotton Chiropractic. From parenting, child development, self-care to sex after baby, these pro moms are ready to answer questions from the audience about any mom concern they have. Questions may be submitted anonymously by survey prior to or during the event.
