A member of the United States Swim School Association, Mary currently serves on the Board for the Community Impact Committee, is a member of Stop Drowning Now and a Sustaining Partner for Hope Floats Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing swim lessons and lesson scholarships for children at risk.

Aquatic Adventures Swim School provides lessons for children starting at 2 months of age, lessons are for all ages and abilities.  Aquatic Adventures also has the only dedicated special abilities swim program in the area.
