September 1, 2022

Oh Yeah, you heard us right! Roanoke has long been known for its outstanding festivals celebrating delicious food - from strawberries, to bacon, to wings, and more! On Saturday, September 10th, Roanoke’s newest food festival features everyone’s favorite - TACOS!

The festival begins at 11am in Elmwood Park and lasts throughout the day, until 5pm.

It looks like there will be some rain at times, so bring your umbrellas and boots! We also recommend folding chairs and will provide as much tented shelter as possible.

Attendees will experience Roanoke’s favorite tacos in one place, with the chance to vote for People’s choice “Roanoke’s BEST Taco” and Mom's Favorite, enjoy music and cold beverages from Starr Hill, and shop with local small businesses and crafters.

Giggles the Bus
Elote Alebrije Mexican Street Corn

Proceeds from Taco Fest will help us to continue to grow our programs and sustain the support that Roanoke mothers need,” says Huddle Up Moms’ Executive Director Jaclyn Nunziato.

Online tickets can be purchased for $12 and will increase to $15 at the gate.
