The kids LOVED to make this project. Not too difficult, but they were SO proud of their end results!
Supplies
- White card stock
- Green construction paper for stems
- Colorful baking cups (I used 2 different sizes)
- Paint
- Buttons
- Glue
Instructions
- Have the kids paint the sky blue. They can paint a bright sun in the sky too, if they like, then paint the bottom of the page green for grass or brown for dirt.
- Have the kids glue the stems on their page (we used 3 stems), then glue a baking cup on the top of each of the stems. You can also glue a smaller baking cup in the middle of the flower for more of a 3-dimensional look.
- Add a button in the middle.
- You could add bumble bee, butterfly, or other bug stickers to the page as well.
