St Patrick's Day Shamrock Chips and Dip

These two recipes for homemade chips and dip couldn't be any easier. Plus they are way healthier than anything store bought! The pictures don't do it justice becauase I promise they really are much greener in person! 

Shamrock Chips
You need:
spinach tortillas
cooking spray
salt

What to do:
1. Use a cookie cutter to cut out cute Shamrock shapes for the chips

2. Lay them on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray then sprinkle with salt

3. Cook for 7-9 min. at 375 degrees (watch them so they don't burn!)

St Patrick's Day Dip
You need:
1 cup non-fat, plain, Greek yogurt
avocado chopped into small pieces
about half a cup of cucumber chopped into small pieces
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp garlic
salt to taste
Optional: green food coloring

What to do:
  1. Mix everything together and enjoy!
