If I had known how easy these were to make I would have been making them for years. Oh my goodness. And, oh my goodness are they delicious. Plus, half the fun for my kids was going to the store and choosing the perfect cookie and ice cream combination! {Sugar cookie and vanilla for my youngest and M&M cookies and choc. chip cookie dough for my oldest...I liked his the best!}
One tip I forgot to mention in the video (oops!) is to put the cookies the freezer to harden them up a bit before you do this and also to take the ice cream out about 10 min beforehand to soften it up. Oh, sorry, that was 2 tips. #mommybrain
