All water bottles are not created equal. You may think otherwise but I have a cabinet full of unused and unloved water bottles to prove it. It’s kinda like the Island of Misfit Toys from Rudolph except in our case its water bottles. You know what I’m talking about. The water bottle your kid just had to have only to find out it leaks, doesn’t wash well, and definitely does not keep drinks cold for more than 30 minutes. Moms, listen up, I’ve got good news for you. I have found the perfect water bottle from Hydro Flask. I know perfect is a pretty broad claim but I stand behind it. Because we tested it. Actually, my kids tested it and there is no better water bottle tester out there than a child who is thirsty.
As a last hurrah of summer, a friend and I loaded up our tykes (5 kids in all) for a fun day at a water park. We found our home base for the day near the lazy river, dropped our towels, gear and yes the water bottle and hit the water slides. This is a huge deal because I have one of those kids that won’t take a sip unless it’s cold water. Oh, and the other good news? It survived the car ride with 5 kids, didn’t leak all over the back seat and still looked brand new at the end of the day. That in itself is enough for me to know that Hydro Flask is worth every penny!
Now that school will be starting our Hydro Flask, called Hydro for short because kids, will be packed daily in the lunch box and I am thrilled to know that when lunch rolls around whatever I put in it will still be cold and it won’t leak all over the lunch box or backpack.
