Meet Ludwig! He is a 4 year old Chiuahua mix weighing in at almost 11 pounds. Ludwig is shy at first but with a little bit of time he opens up and in incredibly friendly. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested. Ludwig is ready to find his forever home so come visit him at the Roanoke Valley SPCA from noon until 6:00 PM!
