Mom Nutrition, On the Go!

Simply Protein snacks provide clean, balanced, nutrition for busy Moms like us!

By Beth Bell, Assistant Publisher March 4, 2019

SimplyProtein is a unique, female-founded brand that offers simple snacks with a simple promise. They are made with clean ingredients, 11+ grams of protein and 3 grams of sugar or less. All snacks are NON-GMO project verified and free from gluten, artificial flavors, preservatives or colors, making them the perfect guilt-free snack options. And most importantly, they taste great.

I was recently able to sample the SimplyProtein Chocolate Chip Baked Bar.  I really like that the protein doesn't make the flavor overwhelming or leave a funky aftertaste, like other protein bars. The texture is soft and chewy, much like a baked cookie bar that you'd make yourself, but without all the carbs and sugar!  Each bar has 11 grams of protein, 3 grams of sugar or less, and is the perfect snack to throw in your diaper bag, or, if you're like me and are constantly on the go, keep some in your car and avoid making unhealthy choices at a drive-thru window!   I enjoy them most with a hot cup of coffee.

My 13-year-old son has also enjoyed eating these for breakfast, on his way to school.  I've struggled to get him to eat before school for years and it makes me feel better knowing he's getting something clean and balanced before school.
