Why We Love Three Notch'd Craft Kitchen & Brewery!

Plus- Join us monthly for First Scoop Kids Club Activities!

By Beth Bell, Publisher July 4, 2019

Three Notch'd Craft Kitchen & Brewery is located in the heart of downtown Roanoke, across from Center in the Square.  Here are a few things we love about Three Notch'd Craft Kitchen & Brewery- Roanoke!

Locally Sourced Food Three Notch'd uses locally sourced food to create their delicious menu offerings.  Weekends also bring a killer brunch, including a Bloody Mary Bar.  The Kid's Menu features chicken strips, a hummus/veggie option, waffles, and everyone's favorite- Mac and Cheese! All Hoppy Meals are served with choice of seasonal fruit, hand cut fries, or organic applesauce & a scoop of chocolate or vanilla house made ice cream. All of this for only $3 during our monthly craft night and Movies in the Market, normally $7. Three Notch'd makes new, seasonally inspired ice cream and First Scoop Kids Club members are invited to try it first at a monthly Ice Cream Release Party beginning July 26th!

Kid Friendly Three Notch'd Craft Kitchen & Brewery Roanoke is Kid Friendly!  First, it definitely has more of a restaurant vibe than a bar.  The upstairs seating area, which is also perfect for events, features a kid's corner with toys and a chalkboard. The menu, mentioned above, is more thoughtful than most kid's menus and includes healthy options, like grilled chicken, veggies and hummus. Three Notch'd also has Kid's Happy Hour during Downtown Roanoke's Movies on the Market.  We are most excited about First Scoop- Kids Club! Kids Club members are invited monthly for an Ice Cream Release Party- featuring the newest flavors, $3 Kid's Meals, and Crafts & Activities by yours truly, Macaroni Kid Roanoke.

Pet Friendly  Pet's are allowed in the al fresco dining area- another thing we love! The outdoor seating are has views of the Farmer's Market, City Market Building, and Center in the Square and are perfect for enjoying a Yappy Hour.

Community Support  Speaking of Yappy Hour, we also love how involved Three Notch'd is in their community with fundraisers such as a Yappy Hour that benefitted the RVSPCA and the annual CFF event in Centennial Park, as well as special social events.

A great story- An intriguing legend, a little folklore, heroism and a BIG message about Virginia pride and leaving your Mark-  What's not to LOVE?  Inspired, Macaroni Kid Roanoke and Three Notch'd Craft Kitchen & Brewery are teaming up to identify and reward some amazing kids in Roanoke with our "Leave Your Mark- Series". We'll be sharing more information soon!  Read the whole story here
