Gator Aquatics Swimming Lessons
New swim lessons are being offered in Roanoke, Virginia. The Gator Aquatic Center in Roanoke, Virginia is now offering two options for lessons: Private or Learn-to-Swim.
Private Lessons
Private lessons will be offered for individuals looking for one-on-one swim lessons. These can be group lessons if you have multiple children who are about the same skill level. Please feel out the below Google form. Upon receipt, the Gator Aquatic Center will match you with an instructor and have the instructor reach out. Scheduling dates and times for lessons will be left for you and the instructor to work out. The rate for lesson will be $30 for a half-hour session.
Learn-to-Swim
The Gator's Learn-to-Swim program will be a two week, six lesson session. As of now, the times available will be Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00 to 6:45 and Wednesday 7:00-7:30 or Tuesday & Thursday 6:45-7:30 and Wednesday 7:30-8:00 at the Gator Aquatic Center. Each swimmer will be placed in a group of four swimmers that match their swim level and assigned an instructor for the session. These lessons will be specifically geared towards proficency in water-safety and work towards the development of the four basic swim strokes. Please feel out the Google form below if you would like to enroll your swimmer. If a session fills up, any additional applications will be placed in the following session. The rate is $120 per swimmer and can be paid in either check or cash at the first lesson.

This facility is home to the Gators swim team. It is the best club for competitive training and produced many, many Olympic Trials qualifiers over the years. Not a racer? No problem. Pool is available for lap swimming M-F. Best facility in the area for swimming inclusive of all ages and abilities. JWH
