Looking for after school care in Salem? The Central United Methodist Church in Salem offers a safe, structured and nurturing environment for students who attend G.W. Carver, West and South Salem Elementary Schools.
The Central United Methodist Church after school program is a state licensed child care program located within the church building.
There is intentional focus on the development of the “whole child” — physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual. Students participate in a monthly service project that gives practice in being the hands and feet of Jesus. In addition to a variety of recreation activities offering relevant play experiences that allow children to engage, construct, connect, create, plant, grow, nurture, invent, explore, imagine, develop and dream. We have a wonderful outdoor space.
