Summer Coding Camp for high schoolers open to any area student!
Learn how to bring your app ideas to life! This introductory course will provide an overview of the Swift programming language, used to develop apps for Apple products including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Watch. Course concepts include the fundamentals of the Swift language, including variables, data types, mathematical and logical operators, functions, loops, and more. Students will also learn the basics of app design, debugging, using a simulator, and collaboration to build their own apps.
Ages: Rising 9th-12th
Sessions:
- June 19-30, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- July 10-21, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Equipment: Mac required (some available to borrow)
Cost: $500 (Scholarships available!)
Students who qualify for reduced lunch can attend for $250, free lunch for $100
